Thank you again for your patience while we updated our security. You will now see a touring number prior to reaching the site. Please be aware that you still may see the site go down for short intervals as we strengthen and add new features to the security.
As you know we have had several problems making and receiving payments from Solid Trust Pay. The support ticket queue has grown so large that we fear we will not be able to answer all the tickets in a timely manner. Some questions may have already been resolved.
With the exception of the support tickets with subject line "E'Wallet Payment Missing" we will delete all tickets. Please send in a new support ticket should you require a REFUND. ALL TICKET with the except of "E'Wallet Funding" request and refund will be deleted at this time.
We would like to take care of all refunds first, including the E'Wallet Payments that are missing. Once we have caught up on the refunds we will then ask that you send in your other support inquiries. Please let us get through the refund request first.
Once we are ready, we ask that all new support tickets include a subject line that references your actual question. An example of a correct subject line would be "wrong sposor", "refund request", or "new email address", etc. This will help us get through the support queue quicker and more efficiently. Do not send in questions concerning cycling times.
