As of now, you can still withdraw from Alertpay or SolidTrustPay.
Solid Trust Pay(STP) & AlertPay(AP) per support will be implemented within a week.
You can link or transfer from I-PayOut to STP & AP.

eWallet to Bank & Bank to eWallet
USA - $1.00 per transfer
Other countries - $6.50 per transfer from eWallet to Bank
and no fees from Bank to eWallet.

There is a Monthly Maintenance Fee of $1.25
$1.00 One Time Charge to Link Bank Account
0.25 cents charge for eWallet to eWallet Transfer.
