A Healthy Pocket with Healthy Fit Body

Today, I finally decided to start my 7 Minutes Work Out Program that I had been procrastinating for days.  I was amazed to feel my muscles working even for just 7 minutes.  Tomorrow will be a rest day for me and will workout again on Friday.  Will keep you updated.  A separate Blog Page will be created just for this program.

  2. Thanks Nina for the encouragement! I'm actually enjoying and loving it. Always looking forward for my next session of exercise. It's nice that I get to rest after doing only 7 minutes of exercise.
