1.RESET TRANSACTION PIN
If you have already set your PIN, but you have Forgotten what it was:
a)Click on RESET
b)Your New Transaction Pin will be sent to the email registered in your Profile.
c)Use Transaction Pin that you receive in you email; or
d)Change it to something more suitable.
2. Opportunity to CHANGE EXISTING PIN (transaction pin)
Your PIN will become a PASSWORD and if you are
CHANGING AN EXISTING PIN then this Rule applies.
Your Password MUST contain a Minimum of 6 Alpha Numeric Characters
- Minimum 2 Upper Case LETTERS; plus
- Minimum 2 Lower Case LETTERS; plus
- Minimum 2 Numbers.
3. PROFILE
Please update and complete your Profile
Including Beneficiary. This will assist Support in their efforts to maintain good member relationships.
4. EMAIL UPDATE
Any Changes that are made to your Account will automatically generate an Email Advice to notify YOU of that change.
If If you did not make the transaction noted in the email then you must contact support immediately.
